At OTOT JEWELS, a "custom order" refers to any product designed according to the client’s specific preferences and specifications. All details, such as material, color, model, or other unique design elements, are discussed and finalized via email prior to production.

Custom Order Process:

  1. Choosing the Model:
Customers can select their preferred design by placing an order through the Custom Order page on our website or by adding their chosen product to the cart.

  2. Placing a Custom Order:
After finalizing the model, the client is required to pay 50% of the total cost as an advance.

    • Note: This advance is non-refundable as it covers the cost of materials.

    • Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the advance payment. If canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be provided.

  3. Delivery Timeline:
Within 48 hours of receiving the advance payment, the customer will receive an email with the estimated delivery timeline.

    • No changes to the agreed design can be made after the advance payment is processed.

  4. Late Delivery Compensation:
If the product is not delivered by the agreed timeline, a 10% deduction will be applied to the remaining 50% balance for each week of delay.

  5. Final Payment & Delivery:
Upon delivery, the remaining 50% of the payment must be completed through the supplier or courier before receiving the package.

Warranty

Our products are handmade, and slight imperfections may naturally occur during the crafting process. Think of handcrafted pieces as beautifully unique, much like us humans—they may have small quirks that add to their charm.

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a limited warranty that covers major defects caused during the transportation process.

  • The warranty is valid only at the time of delivery and requires the courier's presence for inspection.

  • Any damages identified after the delivery has been accepted are not covered, as intentional damage or negligence cannot be ruled out.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Intentional damage or negligence.

  • Improper cleaning or handling after acceptance.

  • Any issues arising after the product has been received and accepted by the customer.

Claims Process

  • If a major defect is identified at the time of delivery, with the courier present, the client is entitled to a replacement of the same product. A new delivery timeline will be provided via email once the defect is confirmed.

  • After the package has been inspected and accepted by the customer, no exchanges or replacements can be processed.
